Assembly Instructions

Steps
• Unpack the Bench:Carefully remove all components from the packaging.Ensure all parts are included and refer to the parts list for verification.
• Assemble the Main Frame:
• Lay out the main frame and base.
• Attach the base to the frame using the provided bolts and nuts.Tighten securely.
• Install the Seat and Backrest:
• Position the seat and backrest according to the instructions.
• Ensure they are securely fastened and adjustable to your comfort.
• Attach the Safety Bars(if included):
• Locate the safety bar brackets and attach them to the frame at the desired height.
• Insert the safety bars into the brackets.Ensure they are securely in place and can support the weight of the barbell.
• Install the J-Hooks(if included):
• Position the J-hooks on the frame at the appropriate height for your exercises.
• Secure the J-hooks using the provided hardware.
• Final Check:
• Ensure all bolts and screws are tightened.
• Test the stability of the bench by gently shaking it.
Usage Instructions
Bench Press
• Adjust the Bench:Sit on the bench and adjust the seat and backrest to a comfortable position.
• Load the Barbell:Place the barbell on the J-hooks and add the desired weight plates.
• Lie on the Bench:Position yourself on the bench with your feet firmly on the ground.
• Unrack the Barbell:Lift the barbell off the J-hooks and position it over your chest.
• Perform the Press:
• Lower the barbell to your chest,just above your nipples.
• Pause briefly,then press the barbell back up to the starting position.
• Rack the Barbell:Lower the barbell back onto the J-hooks.
Incline Press
• Adjust the Backrest:Raise the backrest to an incline position(typically 45 degrees).
• Load the Barbell:Place the barbell on the J-hooks and add the desired weight plates.
• Lie on the Bench:Position yourself on the bench with your feet firmly on the ground.
• Unrack the Barbell:Lift the barbell off the J-hooks and position it over your upper chest.
• Perform the Press:
• Lower the barbell to your upper chest.
• Pause briefly,then press the barbell back up to the starting position.
• Rack the Barbell:Lower the barbell back onto the J-hooks.
Decline Press
• Adjust the Backrest:Lower the backrest to a decline position(typically 15-20 degrees below horizontal).
• Load the Barbell:Place the barbell on the J-hooks and add the desired weight plates.
• Lie on the Bench:Position yourself on the bench with your feet firmly on the ground.
• Unrack the Barbell:Lift the barbell off the J-hooks and position it over your lower chest.
• Perform the Press:
• Lower the barbell to your lower chest.
• Pause briefly,then press the barbell back up to the starting position.
• Rack the Barbell:Lower the barbell back onto the J-hooks.
Dumbbell Flyes
• Adjust the Bench:Set the backrest to a flat position.
• Lie on the Bench:Position yourself on the bench with your feet firmly on the ground.
• Hold the Dumbbells:Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms extended above your chest.
• Perform the Flyes:
• Lower the dumbbells out to the sides in a wide arc,keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
• Pause when your arms are parallel to the ground,then lift the dumbbells back up to the starting position.
Maintenance and Cleaning
• Regular Inspection:Periodically check all bolts,screws,and connections for tightness.Replace any damaged parts immediately.
• Cleaning:Wipe down the bench with a damp cloth after each use.Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
• Lubrication:Apply a small amount of lubricant to moving parts(e.g.,J-hooks,safety bars)to ensure smooth operation.Do not over-lubricate.
• Storage:Store the bench in a dry,cool place when not in use.Cover it if stored outdoors.
