• Finish Position:Extend your legs fully and pull the handle to your chest.Your elbows should be tucked in and your back should be slightly reclined.

• Recovery Phase:Extend your arms forward and bend your knees to return to the starting position.Keep your back straight and maintain a smooth,controlled motion.
